Enrollment and Registration Information

Valley Grove School District is currently registering students for the 2024-2025 school year across all grades.

Registration packets can be accessed by clicking HERE. Completed packets, along with required documentation, should be submitted to the office at Rocky Grove Jr/Sr High School, located at 403 Rocky Grove Avenue in Franklin. Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Required documents include the child’s birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency, and applicable custody order copies.

Proof of residency must display the parent/guardian's name along with the address used for registration. Acceptable proof includes a current driver’s license, driver’s license update card, utility bill, or copy of a deed or lease.

Kindergarten Registration Information

Children eligible for Kindergarten must turn five (5) years old before August 1st of the current year.

Other Information

Bus assignments are determined by home address. Any changes to transportation for new or returning students must be coordinated through the Transportation Department with Brenda Saeli. She can be reached at 814-432-3861 x 2902 or via email at bsaeli@staff.vgsd.org.
