Chapter 4 establishes that each school entity shall submit to the secretary for approval a professional education plan every 3 years as required under Chapter 49, Section 17(a).

Valley Grove School District has implemented the National School Lunch and Breakfast Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) throughout the 2024/2025 school year. The program provides the district the opportunity to serve free meals to ALL enrolled students.
