Welcome to the Business Office! Our team is dedicated to managing the financial resources and ensuring the fiscal integrity of the school district. We ensure vendors and employees are paid promptly, schools receive necessary supplies, and all financial operations are transparent and responsible.

Our fiscal year runs from July 1^st through June 30^th.

The Board of Directors and District Administration develop and pass the district budget each year by June 30^th.

Right to Know Public Notice

You have the right to request access to the Valley Grove School District's public records. Request for public records are to be made to the Open Records Officer. Requests may be submitted in person, by mail, by email, or by facsimile. Requests may be oral or written, and may be made using the Valley Grove School District's Public Records Request Form. The form is available from the Open Records Officer located at the Superintendent's Office at the Valley Grove School District Administration Office listed below or on this website.

With more than $7 billion in Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds allocated to Pennsylvania schools to assist them in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) is requiring all entities receiving ESSER funds to report on the use of the ESSER funds.
